Position Overview:

• Type: Full-time
• Hours: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Location: On-site
• Rate: $23-32/hr
• Position: General

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care including administering medications and performing treatments under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, promptly reporting any changes.
• Assist in the creation and execution of individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and offer education to students on self-care.
• Keep accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide emotional support to students and their families.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and participate in continuing education.
• Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in Ohio.
• Proficient in nursing practices for various age groups.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized.
