**Full-Time K-12 School Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Sanford, NC
**School Year:** 2024-2025

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Sanford, NC. This full-time position involves working with K-12 students, helping them overe physical challenges to enhance their educational experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide training and resources to school staff and families.

**Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current North Carolina PT license.
- Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
