We are seeking a reliable Per Diem Pharmacist to provide temporary coverage at a retail pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to work flexible hours in a munity-focused environment.

Pharmacy Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Coverage Dates & Hours:

• Wednesday, 9/4: 10:15 AM - 6:45 PM
• Thursday, 9/5: 10:15 AM - 4:45 PM
• Friday, 9/6: 10:15 AM - 6:45 PM
• Monday, 9/9: 10:15 AM - 6:45 PM
• Tuesday, 9/10: 10:15 AM - 6:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Manage and verify prescription orders, ensuring pliance with all regulations
• Oversee pharmacy technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and ensure drug interactions are identified
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory using the Rx30 system

Requirements:

• PharmD
• Active Indiana pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience with retail pharmacy operations preferred
• Familiarity with the Rx30 pharmacy management system is a plus
