Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct supervision and oversight of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this BCBA role in New Jersey, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Strong commitment to providing evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the Old Bridge, NJ area.
