Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with a retail in Shermans Dale Pennsylvania.
Daily Responsibilities:
- The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Engage customers seeking guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological options for health condition management using provided clinical tools, and delivering information based on customer-preferred communication method
- Provide clinical pharmacy services based on state regulations, including, but not limited to, adherence support, immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), point-of-care testing (POCT), diagnostic testing, and prescriptive authority to improve patient therapeutic outcomes.
- Leveraging products and services to benefit the customer and build profitable retail business and script growth.
- Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania
- CPR and AED Basic Life Support Certificate
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience, prefer retail
- Immunization Certification
- Immunization State Endorsement and License if applicable for the state you will be working in.
- Physically able to be on feet all day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharm D Preferred
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
