Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Ceres, California

Job Description: Join our team in Ceres, California, as a Speech-Language Pathologist and play a pivotal role in enhancing the communication skills of our students. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs) and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills development.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
