Job Details :

• On site
• Part time- 3 days a week
• Elementary - Middle school caseload

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Ohio
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Knowledgeable about IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional status and develop a plan of care based on evaluation findings
• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments to patients according to the treatment plan
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outes
