ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time, itinerant position serving elementary and middle school students across the district.

Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: $60-70 (depending on school budget)
• Contract Type: W2 Contract
• Duration: 2024-2025 School Year
• Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Caseload: Itinerant, district-wide with elementary and middle school students

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student needs
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized therapy services
