Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Waldorf area. This is a full-time position in a school setting, and the successful candidate will provide therapy services to students for the duration of the school year. Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
• Monitor progress, document treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement assistive technology and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff in implementing strategies for student success.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Valid MD state license
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal munication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students and the school environment.
