Soliantis seeking a passionate and qualified School Psychologist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic success of our students.
About the Role:
As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, families, and munity partners to provide prehensive psychological services that promote student well-being and learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual psycho-educational assessments to identify learning strengths and weaknesses, emotional and behavioral concerns, and potential disabilities.
- Developing and implementing individual interventions and support plans to address identified needs.
- Consulting with teachers and staff to develop strategies for differentiated instruction and classroom management.
- Providing crisis intervention and support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and mental health.
Qualifications:
- California School Psychologist License.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and assessment practices.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
