Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing pany, is currently seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist near Spring, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and address the unique needs of each student
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
• Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, in alignment with their educational goals
• Modify classroom environments and remend adaptive equipment or assistive technology as necessary to support students' participation and success in academic and social activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, municate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and participate in team meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) discussions

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact in a school-based setting
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques and approaches based on the unique needs and abilities of each student
