About the Role:

• Caseload:Approximately 15 students with Emotional Disturbance (ED) and the majority being Autism (AU) students in Lifeskills programs.
• Counseling Services:Provide counseling for approx. 10 students within the district.
• Assessments:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas LSSP certification.
• Experience with FBA/BIPs and working with ED and AU student populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
