About the Position:

• Full time (8:15am - 3:30pm)
• Needs to have experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum
• munication Development program
• Interviewing Asap

Additional details about the students:

• Students who function below grade level across cognitive, academic, and adaptive skills domains.
• Students who benefit from a functional curriculum incorporating the mon core essential elements and are assessed using the states alternate assessment.
• Students who require instruction in daily living skills.
• Students who benefit from support to improve munication, including speech/language and augmentative and alternative munication (AAC), as appropriate.
• Students in need of support to develop fine motor and gross motor skills.
• Students in need of support for health-related conditions.
• Students who require behavioral supports and interventions to learn and find success in school and within the munity"

Requirements:
IL Paraprofessional license
Experience with children on the Autism Spectrum
