Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in Ashland, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. We have five positions available, each requiring a mitment to providing exceptional onsite speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

For SLP:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred

For SLPA:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Current California state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
