In this role, you will have the opportunity to support students' emotional, behavioral, and academic development while working collaboratively with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective behavior management and academic support plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support students with special education needs and ensure pliance with educational regulations.
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops for school staff on topics related to mental health and student support.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Illinois.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students and staff.
