Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) seeking an immediate opportunity to contribute to the munication development of students in a K-12 setting? We are actively seeking an SLPA to join our team in Brookfield, MA, to work with students across various grade levels and make a positive impact on their munication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in the K-12 educational setting.
• Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify munication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address speech and language goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the overall success and well-being of students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in munication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
• Previous experience working with middle school students is preferred
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
