Conducting assessments to evaluate individuals' behavior, skills, and needs
Creating individualized plans based on assessments to address behavioral issues or deficits
Overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans
Working closely with families, educators, therapists, and other professionals involved in the individual's care to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing behavior intervention plans
Continuously collecting data on behavior and skill acquisition to track progress and modify intervention plans accordingly
Qualifications:
Masters Degree or higher
BCBA certification through the BACB
Updated knowledge of the ABA field
Exemplary communication and collaboration skills
