Onsite School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position
We are seeking a passionate and certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-25school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Provide behavior analysis consultation to teachers, staff, and parents to support students with diverse needs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and behavior plans.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for BCBA certification.
