Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. We have multiple openings for LPNs to work onsite in schools near Easton, Pennsylvania. The positions are full-time, requiring 35 hours per week, and will involve working in both classroom settings and providing one-on-one support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and provide medical care to students as needed.
- Assist with the management of chronic health conditions and provide emergency care.
- Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the health and safety of students.
- Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate students and staff about health issues and proper care procedures.
- Provide support for students with special health needs on a one-on-one basis.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is preferred.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
