Location: Rockingham, North Carolina

We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Rockingham, North Carolina. The successful candidate will deliver top-notch speech and language therapy services to students, helping them enhance their communication abilities and succeed academically.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with identified disorders.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and regularly update parents and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student goals and achievements.
• Keep abreast of current practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) Professional Educator's License with a specialization in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Preferably experienced in a school setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Valid North Carolina SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• NCDPI Professional Educator's License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Successful completion of a background check to work in North Carolina public schools.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
