Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on student progress.
• Assist in the development of social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
