Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student progress and inclusion in educational activities
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and munication regarding student treatment plans
• Travel to different school sites to deliver therapy services as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid CaliforniaPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Experience or strong interest in working with children in an educational setting
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week as per the district's requirements
• Strong munication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
• Understanding of diverse physical disabilities and knowledge of appropriate therapy interventions in an educational environment

• Caseload: K-12, Moderate-Severe
