Hourly Rate: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience

Contract Type: Contracted position through Soliant with benefits

Job Description: Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Park Farms, MO area to hire multiple Paraprofessionals for various caseloads across PreK-12th grade. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting students' educational and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional support.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Support students with daily activities, including personal care if needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote student success.
• Monitor and report on student progress.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
