We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Macon, Georgia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and providing support in a behavioral classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to provide support and guidance in the behavioral classroom.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and the implementation of BIPs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure successful outes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational team to develop appropriate goals and objectives for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• municate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIPs.
• Previous experience working in a behavioral classroom setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
