Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in the Fort Myers, Florida area.As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patientsto restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function. You will assess patients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Familiar with IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' specific needs and promote recovery
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outes
• Educating patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate continued progress and independence
