Job Description: Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Palatine, IL. This full-time role, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, involves working with high school students, providing comprehensive behavioral support and intervention. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about improving student outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide training and support to school staff and families
• Monitor and evaluate student progress using data-driven methods
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student success

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
