Job Details:

• Full Time or Part Time Position
• On-Site Position
• 2024-2025School Year
• Weekly Pay with Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs to meet the individual needs of the child
• Responsible for timely documentation of evaluation results, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, service tracker notes
• Consults with parents/caregivers, teachers and others as appropriate concerning students needs

Requirements:

• Current New YorkLicense in Physical Therapy
• New York Department of Education License, ifapplicable
• School-based experience preferred
