Overview: Soliant Education is seeking two experienced and dedicated BCBAs to join our team in Oakhurst, New Jersey. These full-time-ish positions offer a flexible work schedule and involve onsite responsibilities. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in supporting students and teachers within the school setting.

Primary Duties:

• Assist with MD Classes: Support the setup and management of Modified Disability (MD) classes.
• ERI Program: Implement and manage the ERI (Educational Resources Initiative) Program to enhance student learning and behavior.
• ABA Training: Provide training to teachers on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to improve classroom management and student outcomes.
• Student Support: Work with students returning from home instruction to ensure a smooth transition back to the school environment and address their individual needs.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working in educational settings, particularly with students with special needs, is preferred.
• Strong skills in ABA, teacher training, and program implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff and students.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Positions: Two openings available.
