We are seeking a qualified school counselor to join our team in Minnesota. The counselor will be responsible for providing students with academic, career, and personal counseling, as well as crisis intervention and prevention. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent munication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for helping students.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with teachers and administrators to support student success

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans for students

• Maintaining accurate and confidential student records

• Creating and implementing programs to promote student well-being and mental health - Advocating for students and their needs within the school munity

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field

• Necessary state certifications or licenses

• Proven ability to collaborate and work in a team setting to benefit students in need
