Full-time BCBA Arroyo Grande, California

Sunbelt is working with a school district near Arroyo Grande, CA that needs a credentialed BCBA to fulfill a contract position for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This role is on-site and full time for the duration of the entire school year.

Requirements:

• BCBA Certification

Job Details:

• FullTime, 37.5 hours per week
• K-12th grade caseload
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
• Observe and develop goals
• Provide coaching for RBTs and Paraprofessionals to implement behavior management plans
• Attend IEP meetings
• Assist in developing and behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing monitoring of behavior programs
• Communicate and collaborate with parents and staff
• Meet deadlines, maintain appropriate records and prepare progress reports
