Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Location: Orange, NJ

Contract Duration: September 5, 2024 - June 26, 2025 (with potential extension into ESY)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Tentative Work Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:05 PM or 3:30 PM

Caseload/Details:

• K-12 caseload (Details to be determined)
• Direct services
• General duties
• 2 openings

Special Requirements:

• Must have active CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Must have strong school-based experience
• Active license in NJ
• Must complete fingerprinting for the State of NJ & Sunbelt
• Must have a TB test and physical examination

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of services provided
