Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Hollister, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: August 12th - June 5th

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4pm

Caseload:

• No more than 20 students
• Ages 3-5 and grades 7-12
• Onsite only
• Includes ECE, Alternative Education, and rural schools as needed

Duties:

• Provide support and consultation, with some direct services
• Conduct data collection and analysis
• Develop systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Hollister, CA. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload of students across different educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data analysis
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
