Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals for full-time positions within school districts. As a Paraprofessional, you will assist teachers in providing high-quality education and support to students, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.

#1-1:1 need: High level support required for kinder student with Autism. Student is developing language skills- but is mostly non-verbal, requires toileting support and hand over hand support.

#2-1:1 need: Support for a few students with IEPs- mostly academic support and behavior prompting (mild behaviors). Supports students with ASD and CI

• Must have a high school diploma, Associate's degree or passing score on Para Pro assessment, CPI training
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Understanding of special education practices and techniques is a plus.

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
• Help implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
