Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments to identify needs, strengths, and goals of students.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
• Collaborate with families, faculty, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• MUST hold a valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Master's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
