Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Missouri
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) preferred, but not required
• Previous experience working in a school setting
• IEP experience is preferred
• Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals
• Provide therapy services to clients, including interventions targeting speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
