Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologistto join our team for the 2023-2024 academic year. Responsibilities:
- Provide prehensive speech-language therapy services to students in a school environment
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' munication and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals for students
- Provide direct therapy services to address speech and language disorders, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outes
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs
- Stay up to date with current research, best practices, and professional development opportunities in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
- Knowledge of various munication disorders and treatment approaches
- Excellent written and verbal munication skills
