Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based contract role in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and provide exceptional behavioral support services to students within the district. Position Overview:

• Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Moncks Corner, South Carolina
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (with potential renewal based on performance)
• Start Date: Immediate availability

Job Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist students in developing daily living skills and social skills
• Provide direct behavioral support to special education students in the classroom and other educational settings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and parents to provide consistent behavioral support
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress with the educational team
• Ensure all documentation is completed according to school district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• Compliance with all local and state regulations for school-based RBTs
• Previous experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
