Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for a contract position in Prince Frederick, MD. As a School Psychologist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide essential psychological services within the school setting. Your role will be critical in supporting students' emotional, academic, and social success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop strategies and interventions that address students' academic and emotional needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and remendations.
- Assist in the development of school-wide programs that promote a positive school climate and student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Maryland State License as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of special education law and best practices.
