Virtual School Psychologist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement effective IEPs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students with mild to moderate diagnoses, both individually and in group settings.
- Monitor and track students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress.
- Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing IEPs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to effectively use teletherapy platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.
