We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced school speech language pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. In this role you will provide speech therapy interventions to an assigned caseload and impact their lives one session at a time.

• 2023-2024 School Year
• Full Time Contract Position
• Caseload assignment based on school needs and professional experience and preference will be considered
• Guaranteed hours with weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans, IEPs,to improve students' speech and language skills
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' speech and language needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices through continued education

Requirements:

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP licensure
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Prior experience with school or pediatric caseloadspreferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
