Your Role:

• Conduct Behavior Assessments: Perform assessments to identify and diagnose behavioral issues and needs in students.
• Create and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop and execute individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with Educators and Families: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive and consistent learning environment for students.

What Were Looking For:

• Relevant Certification: Completion of RBT training and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): Practical experience in implementing ABA strategies and interventions.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with students, educators, and families to support behavior change and educational goals.
