Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to students in the Jefferson, GA area. This is a full-time contract position for the entire school year, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other relevant school functions.
• Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
