Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Near Grovetown, GA
Caseload: Pre-K and Elementary School Students

Job Description: Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) near Grovetown, GA, where you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire young students in a Special Education setting. Your expertise will help shape the educational experiences of children with behavioral and/or autism challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the classroom as the primary teacher.
• Design and implement tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Work collaboratively with other educators and staff.
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active RBT license in Georgia.
• Experience in Special Education behavior and/or autism settings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; transcripts must be submitted.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
