We are seeking a mitted and enthusiastic Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Ridgefield, WA. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in a supportive school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders.
• Plan, implement, and monitor effective therapy strategies in alignment with educational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to create holistic developmental plans for students.
• Document therapy outes and adjust plans as needed to ensure student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) is preferable.
• Experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred.
