Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a part-time position with flexible hybrid options. This role involves working 40 hours per month, with 10 hours dedicated each week. The ideal candidate will provide in-person services to students and complete meetings and paperwork virtually, ensuring a balance between hands-on care and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in-person, focusing on individualized care plans.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff virtually to support student progress.
• Attend IEP meetings, document student progress, and manage paperwork through virtual platforms.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for occupational therapy in schools.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapy license in AZ
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
