Job Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this vibrant Bakersfield, CA school district, youll work with elementary students, providing essential speech and language therapy. Your role will involve assessing student needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and working closely with teachers and parents to support each students communication skills. Whether you prefer the convenience of tele-therapy or the dynamic environment of onsite work, this position is tailored to your preferences!

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in CA
• Experience with elementary school-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in both tele-therapy and onsite settings
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans

Pay & Benefits:

• Highly competitive compensation based on experience ranging from $50 to $60 per hour
