Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a BCBA, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch behavioral support and intervention for our students. Your expertise will contribute to the success and well-being of learners in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to inform the development of effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
• Regularly assess progress through data analysis and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders involved in the students' care and education.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Previous experience working in behavioral intervention, preferably in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and intervention.
