Are you dedicated to helping students thrive? We are seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist in Petersburg, VA, for the '24-'25 academic year. In this role, you'll support students aged 3 to 22 with a variety of needs, helping them succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments and delivering individualized therapy.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.
• Creating and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Tracking and documenting student progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Offering training and resources to school staff to support students effectively.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of educational plans.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
