Position Overview: Seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analysis services for students with moderate to severe disabilities. Your expertise will empower students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide training and support on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis.
