An excellent opportunity is available for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Midland, TX. This position is geared towards a professional eager to work within a supportive and collaborative school environment, providing essential speech therapy services to students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students enhance their munication abilities and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
• Develop and implement prehensive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to integrate therapy goals with students overall educational plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of student therapy sessions, assessments, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid Texas state SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) or currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with students and school staff.
